What we can do to help

Dealing with Child Protection can feel confusing, overwhelming, or unfair.

We listen to your situation with care and explain your legal options and what Child Protection can and cannot do in plain language. This includes if you are pregnant and Child Protection have contacted you about your child.

We can support you in‑person, online or over the phone. In some situations, we may also be able to represent you at the Children’s Court.

Our lawyers work with social workers and financial counsellors who can give you practical support if you need it.

Our aim is to help you take steps that support your safety, your children’s safety, and your family’s wellbeing.
