Feedback and complaints

Giving feedback and complaints

You have the right to share your feedback, concerns about your case or how we are working with you. You can do this without fear of getting in trouble.

If you have suggestions or concerns with the way a staff member is working with you, we encourage you to provide them with your feedback. This will enable us to understand the issue and work with you to resolve it.

If you feel your concerns have not been addressed, you can make a formal complaint by writing an email to feedback@womenslegal.org.au or send a letter to PO Box 13311, Law Courts VIC 8010. Address your complaint the Legal and Policy Director or the CEO.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Victorian Legal Services Board by calling 03 9679 8001.

If you are the victim of a crime and you feel Women’s Legal has not complied with the principles in the Victims Charter Act, you can request a review under the Victims of Crime Commissioner Act 2015.
